Deep Cut products are handcrafted in small batches to the last detail in our Minnesota woodshop. We make things that help you get more enjoyment out of your home. Records, books, plants, cocktail culture, the kitchen, games - if it helps you get joy from your space, we want to help and with style. We source the most premium hardwood materials from local suppliers and do everything we can to preserve the natural beauty of those materials while making things that will last. Each piece is designed to be easy to install for most DIY skill levels in a variety of environments.

Deep Cut products are made produced in small batches with tender love and care. Although most orders ship within 1 - 4 business days, production scheduling can vary. Please allow 3 - 7 business days for orders to be fulfilled within the US market.

  • Domestic Orders: We use UPS Ground as our primary carrier services for most shipments. These services typically deliver between 2 - 5 business days. For some products, you will be given the option of USPS First Class OR UPS Ground. USPS First Class also generally delivers within 2 - 5 days of shipment. 
  • International Orders: We use USPS International Priority or UPS International depending on the destination and product. Delivery timelines are very difficult to guarantee based on current global logistics. All duties, taxes, and other fees associated with the destination countries policy are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Never received order, no contact from Deep Cut

I was very excited for the cork slipmat I ordered from Deep Cut. I received the shipping email with tracking ID from USPS. The day it was supposed to arrive, for some reason, USPS couldn't deliver it and it was sent to a missing mail location. I immediately sent an email to customer support at Deep Cut and after about a week I received an email from the owner saying that someone else would be able to help me, and her email was attached to the message. I acknowledged the message and thanked them, however I never received a follow up from anyone. It's now been well over a month since that message and I still haven't received another message. I've emailed them to say that I would likenmy money back if no one is going to respond and send a new slipmat. That was over a week ago, and still nothing. Do not buy from these people. For all I know, this is a fake company and they do not have any real products. Find somewhere else to purchase your slipmat and record supplies.

A Game Changer!

My $700 turntable came with a rubber slipmat that was warped. When I switched to a felt slipmat, there was static. I tried a "cork" slipmat from another company that was thinner than the felt slipmat, and it didn't look good. My new Kalahari cork slipmat from Deep Cut looks fantastic, and it functions perfectly!
